As entrepreneurs, we need to know the problem of our customers and by that we also need to assess it and give proper solution to the problems. Paul W. Hembrador, JD talked about how to give solutions to our customers problem.

Hypothetical Problem vs. Hypothetical Solution. Each problem has solution but how do we address these problems? First, validating the problem. We need to get in our customer’s shoes and collect much information as you can. Do our costumers care to solve the problem? In this way we will be able to assess the problem of the costumer and if they also want to solve the problem. Second, Validating the Solution. As entrepreneurs we need to thoroughly investigate if our solution is one that matches our costumer’s need. Will they trust our solutions? We must need to know if they are interested in doing or consider these solutions and if this is possible for them. Third, Consider your Implementation. After asking questions and give some solutions we also need to implement it. Do we have the available resources to produce that outcome?

Achieving a problem solution is very important because as entrepreneurs we care for the welfare of our customers because without them our businesses will be useless. The key to achieving a problem solution fit lies in identifying the right people to talk to, gathering data from them and then analyzing the results.

Innovation is the key to booming business. We need to cater the needs and interest of our customers and to innovate our products so that customers will be able to love our products and will be able to attract more customers in the future.
